The 44-inch Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-4000S 8-color printer designed for the poster and signage market exceeds expectations for color speed and consistency in large format production printers. The LUCIA PRO Ink set, high-precision mechanical platform and high-speed L-COA PRO image processing engine achieve a balance between high-speed printing and excellent print quality. The new LUCIA PRO Ink Set adopts a new 8-color pigment ink formulated by microencapsulation. These inks help achieve fantastic color reproduction, image clarity, and smooth lines that are ideal for creating clear posters and advertising displays. The imagePROGRAF PRO-4000S printer features a large 3.5″ color touch panel LCD that makes it easy to view printer information as well as perform operations. Wi-Fi connectivity is now standard with the new PRO series. Sub-Ink Tank System allows all available ink in the tank used before having to replace it, helping to dispose of wasted ink. Empty tanks can also be replaced on the fly without stopping the printer. This is especially useful during print jobs adjusting freely to allow for multiple outputs. The printer’s 320 GB internal hard disk improves productivity by reducing workload, while providing large capacity for data storage and retrieval of print jobs.
